Thank you for choosing DJNANGEL, LLC dba Adventurous Dreams Travel ("Adventurous Dreams Travel") to assist with your travel planning. We are honored to help bring your travel dreams to life. Whether you’re arranging group travel, using our cruise booking engine for travel agents, or planning an individual getaway, by booking with us you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

TRAVEL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Adventurous Dreams Travel provides professional travel services through independent, third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers. We act solely as a booking agent and do not own, manage, or control any of the services provided.

While we carefully select reputable partners, Adventurous Dreams Travel is not responsible for:

Any wrongful acts, omissions, or negligence of any supplier;

Any defect or failure of equipment or services supplied;

Any inconvenience, loss, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as cancellations, weather, or missed connections.

Our services cover group travel planning, individual travel arrangements, and bookings through our cruise booking engine for travel agents to ensure a streamlined and customized experience for all travelers.

FORCE MAJEURE

Adventurous Dreams Travel is not liable for losses or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, weather disruptions, government actions, or public health emergencies. These events may impact travel plans, and Adventurous Dreams Travel cannot be held responsible for changes or losses caused by them.

SUPPLIER POLICIES & ERRORS

All suppliers maintain their own terms and policies, including cancellation and refund rules. Prices, availability, and information are subject to change at any time. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not liable for pricing errors, availability changes, or supplier decisions. Suppliers reserve the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies.

FEES & PRICE CHANGES

Planning fees charged by Adventurous Dreams Travel are non-refundable. If prices decrease after booking, we will assist with rebooking only if permitted by the supplier (additional fees may apply). Prices may increase due to taxes, surcharges, or currency fluctuations unless paid in full at the time of booking.

ENTRY, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travelers are solely responsible for securing all required documentation, including passports, visas, and vaccinations. Entry requirements vary by destination and are subject to change. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

TRAVEL RISKS

Travel involves certain inherent risks. Adventurous Dreams Travel makes no guarantees regarding health, safety, weather conditions, supplier solvency, or political stability. Travelers should review current safety and health information provided by the U.S. State Department (www.travel.state.gov

) and the CDC (www.cdc.gov/travel

). By booking, you assume all such risks.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By booking through Adventurous Dreams Travel, you agree to release and hold harmless Adventurous Dreams Travel, its employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from travel arrangements booked through our agency.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

You authorize Adventurous Dreams Travel to act as your agent when booking travel services, including signing necessary documents and processing credit card payments for requested arrangements. All charges authorized by you or your designee are valid and non-disputable.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

We recommend using a credit card for added protection under the Fair Credit Billing Act. Adventurous Dreams Travel processes payments solely on behalf of suppliers and is not responsible for any disputes, which must be resolved directly with the supplier.

A signed Credit Card Authorization Form and Booking Acknowledgment Form must be submitted before any payments are processed. Verbal approval alone is not sufficient.

BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGMENT & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Refunds are governed by the supplier's terms and conditions. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not responsible for penalties or refund denials issued by suppliers or travel insurance providers.

Clients must review and approve all package details and travel protection options in writing before any payments are made.

TRAVEL PROTECTION POLICY

Travel protection is strongly recommended. Clients must review and confirm one of the following options:

Option 1: Travel Protection Plus – Credit Plan (Cancel for any reason; travel credit provided, less cost of insurance)

Option 2: Travel Protection Plus – Cash Refund Plan (Cancel for any reason; cash refund available; higher premium)

Option 3: Decline travel protection (Not recommended)

Declining coverage is at the client’s sole risk.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Adventurous Dreams Travel to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized or unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in the client being held liable for the full disputed amount plus a $50 administrative fee.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations are subject to supplier policies, and supplier-imposed fees may apply. Adventurous Dreams Travel also charges change/cancellation fees as posted on our website. All cancellation requests must be submitted and acknowledged in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for reviewing all information provided by Adventurous Dreams Travel, including invoices, itineraries, travel insurance details, supplier policies, and cancellation terms. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not liable for misunderstandings resulting from failure to read provided documentation.
