Thank you for choosing DJNANGEL, LLC dba Adventurous Dreams Travel ("Adventurous Dreams Travel") to assist with your travel planning. We are honored to help bring your travel dreams to life. By using our services to arrange your flight, hotel, car rental, tour, cruise, or other travel arrangements, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

TRAVEL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Adventurous Dreams Travel offers retail travel services provided by independent, third-party vendors. We act solely as an agent for these suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers). We do not own or operate any of the services provided and cannot control or be held responsible for their actions.

While we carefully select reputable suppliers, Adventurous Dreams Travel assumes no responsibility for:

• Any wrongful acts, omissions, or negligence of any supplier;
• Any defect or failure of equipment or services supplied;
• Any inconvenience, loss, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including cancellations, weather, or missed connections.

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for losses due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), such as acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, weather disruptions, labor strikes, or global health events. You acknowledge that such events may disrupt travel plans, and Adventurous Dreams Travel cannot be held responsible for resulting changes or losses.

SUPPLIER POLICIES & ERRORS
Suppliers have their own terms, including cancellation policies, and you may be bound by those contracts. Prices, availability, and information are subject to change without notice. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not responsible for pricing or content errors on our website or from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

FEES & PRICE CHANGES
All professional planning fees charged by Adventurous Dreams Travel are non-refundable. If a price drops after booking, we will assist in rebooking only if permitted by the supplier (fees may apply). Prices may increase due to government taxes, surcharges, or currency fluctuations unless paid in full.

ENTRY, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You are solely responsible for obtaining required documentation (passports, visas, vaccinations). Entry requirements vary and are subject to change. Travelers with legal or personal restrictions must verify their eligibility to travel abroad. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry.

TRAVEL RISKS
Travel involves certain risks. Adventurous Dreams Travel makes no guarantees regarding health, safety, weather, supplier solvency, or political stability. For current safety information, consult the U.S. State Department (www.travel.state.gov) and the CDC (www.cdc.gov/travel). You assume all such risks.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You agree to release and hold harmless Adventurous Dreams Travel and its agents, employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from travel arrangements booked through us.

POWER OF ATTORNEY
You authorize Adventurous Dreams Travel to act as your agent in booking travel, including signing documents and charging your credit card for requested arrangements. You agree to pay all charges incurred and understand these are non-disputable if authorized by you or your designee.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
We recommend using a credit card to protect your purchase under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If Adventurous Dreams Travel processes payment, we do so solely as a merchant on behalf of the supplier. Any disputes must be directed to the supplier.

All clients must submit a signed Credit Card Authorization Form and a Booking Acknowledgment Form before any payments are submitted to travel suppliers. Verbal approval is not sufficient for processing payments.

BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGMENT & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Refunds are governed by the terms and policies of the selected supplier. DJNANGEL, LLC is not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation penalties or for refund decisions made by insurance providers or vendors.

Clients must confirm in writing their acceptance of all package details and travel protection options before any payments are processed.

TRAVEL PROTECTION POLICY
Clients are required to review and confirm their selection of a travel protection plan:

• Option 1: Travel Protection Plus – Credit Plan (cancel for any reason; travel credit provided, less cost of insurance)
• Option 2: Travel Protection Plus – Cash Refund Plan (cancel for any reason; cash refund available; higher premium)
• Option 3: Decline travel protection (not recommended)

By selecting or declining protection, clients acknowledge they have reviewed and accepted the terms of coverage. Declining coverage is done at the client’s sole risk.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve any concerns directly with Adventurous Dreams Travel. In the event of an unauthorized or unsubstantiated chargeback, the client may be held financially liable for the full disputed amount and a $50 administrative fee. Supporting documentation will be submitted to the merchant processor and the client’s financial institution if a chargeback is filed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations must follow supplier policies, and you may be subject to their fees. Adventurous Dreams Travel also charges change/cancellation fees as posted on www.djnangel.com. Refunds are not guaranteed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and acknowledged in writing to be considered valid. We will make reasonable efforts to recover any refundable funds.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for reviewing all information provided, including but not limited to: flyers, emails, invoices, travel insurance coverage, supplier terms, and cancellation policies. Adventurous Dreams Travel is not responsible for misunderstandings due to failure to read shared documents.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may cover cancellation, interruption, emergency medical, evacuation, lost baggage, and more. By declining insurance, you accept full responsibility for all potential losses.

Read your policy carefully for coverage details. Due to privacy laws, we may not be able to assist with claims. We are not responsible for policy denials or decisions made by the insurer.

WEBSITE USAGE
All content on www.djnangel.com is for personal use only. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. Third-party links on the website are for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee it.

CLAIMS & JURISDICTION
Any claims must be presented in writing within 30 days of the trip end date. Legal claims must be filed within one year. North Carolina law shall govern all disputes.

CONSENT TO TERMS
You agree to these Terms and Conditions by any of the following actions:

• Electronic or handwritten signature;
• Verbal or written confirmation via phone or email;
• Payment of an invoice;
• Use of any services provided by Adventurous Dreams Travel.
