PLANNING & BOOKING FEES

1. Consultation Fee – $25–50

One-time fee for initial planning session (non-refundable). Applies to any service. Deductible from final package if booked.

2. Custom Trip Planning Fee – $150–$250

Domestic (U.S.). Covers research, booking support, and basic communication for up to 5 travelers. +$25 per additional traveler. Add-ons: complex itineraries (multi-city/multi-country): +$50

3. Group Travel Planning Fee – $250–$500+

Depending on size and complexity. Includes itinerary design, group coordination, vendor communication, and optional group leader packet

4. Cruise Booking Fee – $50 per cabin

+$25 for multiple cabins. Includes consultation, quote comparison, and onboard extras (if applicable).

5. Airline-Only Booking Fee – $50 per ticket

Applies if booking air separately.

6. Change or Cancellation Fee – $25–$50

Charged if the client changes or cancels a confirmed booking.

7. Rush Booking Fee – $75+

For trips booked within 7 days of departure.
