Karen made this experience as seamless and professional as possible, given a couple of unique circumstances. She was willing to pivot when I became ill and worked with the airline to help me still make my vacation! Karen was able to step in to assist me when I was under the weather and she was so graceful in doing so. She was extremely informed and thoughtful from beginning, end, and even after travel.
